CORE FUSION SERIES Part 1

The CORE FUSION Series is an engaging and immensely practical program designed to develop strength, mobility and stability; improve balance, concentration and focus.
This one hour journey delves into alignment principles, biomechanics and functional movement utilizing Pilates & Yoga concepts and techniques.
The series is intended as a PROGRESSIVE program as we build upon the prior weeks themes. At the end of 8 weeks, you will improve physically and emotionally and be well on your way to enjoy Summer activities!
Dates: April 5, 12, 19, 26 and May 3, 10, 17, 24

Week 1 Posture / Feet / The Breath
Week 2 Neck / Shoulders / Wrists
Week 3 Back
Week 4 Hips / Knees / Twists
Week 5 The Core and more Pt 1
Week 6 The Core and more Pt 2
Week 7 Putting it all together = Standing Floor & Mat
Week 8 Putting it all together = Awareness and Self Reflection
