Corporate Mindfulness

Before I built the Julie Sill Yoga & Pilates Studio, I worked as an analyst for a global company supporting teams of people all over the world. It was an exhilarating time as I met and worked with many inspiring, talented individuals. Long days, project deadlines and group think practices were at times mentally stressful and physically exhausting. I was fortunate to be a yoga teacher with training that kept me immersed in yoga physically and mentally. These practices were extremely useful for relaxation and stress management while also inspiring many friends and colleagues to study yoga and meditation. It is truly life changing!
