I highly recommend working with Julie Sill. In September of 2016, I began private yoga lessons with Julie to help with muscular pain and weakness. I cannot recommend Julie's classes highly enough. I am rather picky about yoga instructors. Some classes I have tried have felt slow and tedious while others intimidating or difficult to follow. Julie is always welcoming and warm connecting personally to each student. Attention is given to each person and their needs. Her classes are well planned and no two are the same.
