A Whole Food Plant Based Diet is not Vegan.
A WFPB diet does not include processed foods in any form. This means no processed oils and sugars. Many Vegans eat Vegan chips, cookies, ice cream and candy bars. On a WFPB diet we avoid these. We focus on whole fruits, veggies, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds.
We follow the research presented in The China Study by Dr. T. Colin Campbell which showed eating a WFPB diet helps prevent, treat and in some cases reverses certain cancers, heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes and obesity.
How can you get started?
First, you can begin right away by eliminating junk food completely from your home, meals and life.
