Yin Yoga & Essential Oils: Celebrating the Winter Solstice

As we move towards the quiet, darkness of the Winter Solstice, this practice is an invitation to slow down and focus on self care. Poses will be held for longer periods of time to allow connective tissue to release and promote stillness. Young Living Essential Oils will be diffused/applied. The perfect antidote to year-end exhaustion and over commitment.

Restorative Yoga & Essential Oils - Sunday, January 11th ~ 11:30 am - 1 pm
A Winter restorative practice focusing on deep rest, warmth and turning inward using supported yoga poses to calm the nervous system coupled with Ayurvedic warming oils to nurture the body and combat winter. We will surrender tension, connect with inner stillness and honor the season’s energy through gentle, slow movements incorporating deep breathing. A blissful experience!

Foam Roller Fascia Release - Sunday, January 25th ~ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
This is a guided session teaching techniques for self-myofascial release (SMR) using the foam roller to relieve muscle tightness, improve mobility and encourage recovery by breaking up adhesions in the connective tissue (fascia). Increasing circulation and rehydrating fascia is of great benefit to athletes and general fitness enthusiasts. Come ROLL IT OUT!

Reiki is a Japanese ancient form of energy healing to balance and harmonize the body’s energy flow
promoting relaxation while supporting the body’s natural healing process.
Clients wear comfortable clothing and are invited to relax on a heated table supported by blankets and pillows. The practitioner focuses on channeling energy that already exists within the client.
Clients report feeling more relaxed, reduced stress and improved well-being.
